We prepare membership lists with your name, email address, phone number, instrument(s) played and the band level you are in. The lists are used solely to communicate band information to band members. Every attempt is made to send emails “bcc”. The lists will not be distributed among members. Do we have your permission to include you on these lists?
Photos/videos of the band are taken from time to time – during a practice or a concert performance. Do we have your permission to post it on our website if you happen to be included in a photo/video?
Fees:
2024-2025 Concert Band $240.00 (both sessions)
2024-2025 Jazz Band $120.00 (both sessions)
Payment by cash, cheque or etransfer to wpgnewhorband@shaw.ca. Fees will be pro-rated for second session registration

Registration form is to be filled out and handed in on the first day of rehearsal or sent in on line.

Payment for band members is due at time of registration or first day of rehearsal..

Please note that only Members of one of the Concert Bands (Beginner, Junior, Intermediate) are eligible to register for the Jazz Band.
