Winnipeg New Horizon Band is an adult learning band organization. We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic director to lead the Intermediate band, the most advanced of our three concert bands.

New Horizon bands play on Saturday mornings at Fort Garry United Church, 800 Point Rd. The Intermediate band plays from 9:00 to 11:00.  The position begins September 7, 2024 with fall and winter sessions. We perform two Saturday morning concerts, one in January and one in May.

The ideal candidate for this position would have a formal music education background, experience working with adult learners, as well as experience leading a band or other similar ensemble. This is a paid position.
